Organic is Worth it in Our Schools!
We, the undersigned, strongly encourage [Insert School Board Name] to incorporate more healthy or local organic food into [Insert School Name] lunch programs.
Organic food is the only food certified by the USDA to have no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, irradiation and genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Plus, organically grown gardens and farms use no harmful pesticides and synthetic fertilizers on the soil.
We think organic food is worth it in our schools. We call for a plan from [Insert School Board Name] and the community to work together to offer more healthy or local organic food to our kids.
